祝贺2024届毕业生!

圣何塞州立大学 is excited to host in-person commencement ceremonies at the end of the semester for our Spring & 2024年夏季毕业生!

毕业典礼的步骤

• 1. Submit your Graduation Application

  • Contact your Academic Advisor to submit your Graduation Application through My菠菜网lol正规平台 注册官办公室.

    Under毕业生 - For assistance contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@ngleyuan.com

    Graduate - For assistance contact the GAPE Office at graduate@ngleyuan.com

    Credential students - Contact your Academic Advisor for assistance

• 2a. RSVP for 毕业典礼 - Deadline: April 27th, 2024 at 11:55 PM

  • Check your email for an RSVP link sent from commencement@ngleyuan.com

    NOTE - we expect this email to go out beginning of March, 2024. 

    DEADLINE to RSVP is Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at 11:55 PM

    If you have not received an email by March 8th, 2024 please confirm that your Graduation 申请已提交. 大学生接触 registrar@ngleyuan.com. 毕业生联系 graduate@ngleyuan.com

• 2b. 领取宾客票

  • 客人的机票 can be claimed while RSVP'ing for 毕业典礼 or after by logging into 您的MarchingOrder配置文件.

    A Guest ticket is REQUIRED for all guests age three (3) and up. 最多6个(6) 客人的机票 are 保证 per graduate.

    If you need more 客人的机票, we recommend asking other 毕业生 scheduled for your ceremony if they have extras. If so, they may email or print their extra tickets 给你和你的客人.

    Additional 客人的机票 may be released 2-3 weeks prior to 毕业典礼, but is not 保证. If this is possible, students will be notified via email from commencement@ngleyuan.com

• 3. 购买你的徽章

  • 所有参与的毕业生 要求 to wear the correct degree academic regalia to attend the commencement ceremony. 

    Academic regalia is available to purchase a few different ways:

    1. 面对面(最快 & 最便宜的方法):

    访问 the 菠菜网lol正规平台 Spartan 书店 from March 25, 2024 to the day-of 毕业典礼, May 24, 2024.

    Spartan 书店 hours can be found on their website sjsu.bncollege.com

    2. 在线:

    参观 赫弗琼斯网站.
    Orders must be submitted by April 15th, 2024 to ensure your Regalia is delivered on time.

• 4. 让客人做好准备

  • 1. 请求 & access your guest ticket by logging into 您的MarchingOrder配置文件.

    2. Inform your guests with 毕业典礼 information by providing them their Guest Ticket(s) and directing them to the 毕业典礼上网站 

• 5. 提前到达

  • Please plan to arrive 1-hour early to ensure you and your guests have time to,

     -找停车位
     -与家人联系 & 朋友
     -办理保安登记 
     -找座位.

    *注:没有预演. Event staff will be present to provide direction through 毕业典礼结束.

毕业典礼时间表

Ceremonies can last up to 2 hours depending on the number of students attending. 门 to the venue will open 1 hour before each ceremony start time. 每个仪式都会 直播.

Students should arrive no later than 30 minutes before their ceremony start time and follow the instructions of the event staff to get checked in and seated inside of the venue before the ceremony start time. 菠菜网lol正规平台 does not host rehearsals for students.
